At the moment live patches are broadcast to all books listening on a server. However, the same book checked out on different servers, like teststar vs deathstar1 vs my or anyone else's deathstar.local, does not receive notifications when edits are performed on a different server.

Stand up an Apache Qpid server and make an exchange for live edits. Make it a browse queue I guess.

Autodiscovery of the queue server would be nice, but whatever - hard code it in 1.0
