Automated text from 'REFER-TO' tag needs to be reworded. #38

Currently, this results in 'See Also:'. Per discussions around avoiding the word 'see', as an 'uncomfortable reminder to visually impaired readers', this should be changed to something like: 'Additional References:' or 'Refer to:'

Closing this. It's in the RH style guide, and until that's changed, and sounds like it won't be....
