RFE: Ability to set cookie specifying use of PressGang Next UI #41

I would like the option to use the "next" UI for actions that leave the press star and access PressGang, ideally this decision would easily be toggled somewhere and saved in a cookie for future visits/use.

I've seen there is an RFE to make it easy to switch to the "next" version of the UI within PressGang, that'll do me.
