Update Revision History topic revnumber when publishing #7

So that the next time you publish, your previous revision history has the correct number.

For extra points, when generating the revision history entry, check brew for the latest package for this book and update the number in the automated revision history entry, if a package exists.

Since the automated revision history entry is done in the browser, that will require a REST call to the Press Star server to get it from brew.
