When multiple lines precede a (Less?) include it would detect them as the separator to use. That meant you'd get empty lines between the include fragments and it would also mess up the includes when replacing.
Hmm looks like something is still wrong.
That should fix it... had an issue with it not finding an /include match and removing the include comment.
