Double doors in graphical version sometimes spawn perpendicularly #102

This seems specific to double doors, that is to say doors two walls deep. It makes no difference in their functionality, but often one seems to spawn sideways. towerddoor This is in a tower. manseddoor This is in a mansion.

I think it happens anywhere doors can run two walls deep.

Lubuntu 18.10 Gearhead Arena 1.310 Can't remember most of the other specs, but feel free to ask.

sidedoor Hey turns out it also happens in single-wide doors in the ruins under Kist.
