In this PR I have coded up a working prototype of the game. We can improve upon this throughout future iterations, but for now we can get some good feedback because we can actually test our game!

[x] Run changed files through validator
[x] Add comments!!!
[x] Completed rather extensive ~~playing~~ testing

Just letting you know @Bsubs, I've got a LOT of comments to add. I don't anticipate I'll finish this by tomorrow but I'll see how I go :)

@Bsubs this is now ready for review.

I ran game_page.html through the validator and it was only upset that we haven't set a page icon yet, which is fine for now. I ran game_logic.js and score_cards.js through a JS validator and fixed a few issues that it caught.
