Add Content to Credits and Rules Pages #25

This PR adds content to the credits page and the rules page.

This PR also adds icons for the buttons which mobile users can use to interact with the gameboard.

[x] Run files through validator
[x] Tested changes locally

Hey @Bsubs , this PR is ready for review. The rules page in particular could use a good look to see if I can improve wording or anything to make it clearer how this game works. Ultimately though, we'll probably get the best feedback from people who are reading the rules with no understanding of the game, so I expect this will be changed shortly after we get the game into playtesting.

The only thing I'm concerned about is the use of direct wording from the official rule book. Do we want to add a direct citation in the webpage instead of just the html?
