what's the problem with hard<->soft #8

i ran into an error with hard<->soft... like it was expecting a float for the score but it was getting a series/ array or something?

for now i just dropped that trait, but should fix : )

The issue was that hard<->soft appears twice in the original data set; I emailed the site creator and he said he had accidentally asked that twice, so they are two legitimate columns of data (versus like a typo).
