combogrid需要类似jqueryui的delay参数 #7

1.2.4的版本说明里表示加了combo已经加了delay参数，在combogrid��
�试验无效。
如果每敲一个字符就要以remote方式重新取数据，效率太低。
另外combogrid在IE下的性能太差，包括IE8，远慢于firefox和chrome,�
��点难以忍受。
