New optimization types for cl-max and best glide ratio

New optimization types ...

• min-lift-slope to achieve at a certain op_point (alpha) cl-max of cl = f(alpha)
• min-glide-slope to get the best glide ratio at a certain op_point

Both are part of strak machine to generate an optimized airfoil at the new reynolds position
