watchers - shield.io does not have this one
could be a single column w/ all in a single cell

Use https://shields.io/ for "badges", can show stars and forks -

Added stars and forks to table entries.

Experimented wit the "issues" badge. The word "Issues" in the badge makes it a bit wider than the others. Leaving it out for now, but the code is there and commented out in mdreport.php
