Need to create shell script (*.sh) files for:

Cloning the repo onto a server
Move/Copy files to run-time locations
Pre run-time config & setup:
- CRON job for logcollector
- Create folders (temporary, "fix" with .gitkeep in repo folders)
- Application port numbers
