Go through SQL files:

/sql/initall-rlmon.sql :
- verify tables
- comment
- clean up
/logreporter/sql/*.sql
- create more reports
- comment (minimal in sql report query files)
- clean up

/sql/initall-rlmon.sql : removed this file, replaced with multiple SQL files one for each table
