rename the invasions table to lanaccess, affected files:
- reports.js
- example_dbcfg.js (also private copy)
- invasions.sql - rename to lanaccess.sql and internal changes

Related README changes will proceed the changes described above, and they will be made in the README branch.

Changes completed, and database table is renamed.

Testing changes is next, be sure to use enough data to exercise the changes.
