Investigate the following and make changes as needed:

• run-time JavaScript loading and execution - This is currently working, however there is some value in determining if loaded JS files can be "unloaded".
• run-time CSS file loading and application - This is currently working, however there is some value in determining if loaded CSS files can be "unloaded".
• improvement of - borrow from cpskel
  • page load time
  • JS execution time
  • general appearance, currently looks "generic"
