Support keyboard shortcuts: j, k, p #38

This adds the excellent mousetrap library and some basic keyboard shortcuts to get the ball rolling. I did this in a directive at first but it ended up just overcomplicating it, I think.

I also had to add a toggle() to player to make it fly.

This looks great. Going to try it up on beta.soundrad.com and adjust some of the keybindings to be more in line with SoundCloud and try some VIM-style navigation.
