[WIP] Add Replay #825

👋 Was looking for a fun project to test out Replay's new Cypress recorder and saw MDX Deck on the list!

Replay + Cypress ❤️

Replay records the Cypress test runs so that you can debug the failing tests after the fact.

Next Steps

  1. add RECORD_REPLAY_API_KEY=rwk_58mRttSdxx45bkUrC6WoipjkOVryHez76imQ3IYNilP to the circleci environment variables
  2. we'll add you to the MDX Deck Replay team so that you can view the replays, test suite, and add other contributors

Went ahead and upgraded the Cypress and Node versions.
