Small enhancement.
In the list of points, write (Link) after items with an external link,

I love the idea! Could it be meanungful to add some (less invasive) visual 
clues to tell apart POIs with details?

Maybe we could underline the titles, it's a metaphor a lot of people should 
understand (coming from the web). Or we could keep the (Link) in the listview 
and underline the POIs in the AR view...

What do you think?

Please note that O don't know whether it's possibile to underline texts in the 
listview and/or the AR view, I have to check.

Underline is way better.
