DG use cases note #17

Not sure why this statement is here when the terms "System" and "Actor" are eventually not even used? The use cases indicate "Focuris" and "User". This seems to be adapted from AB3. Refer to how they did their user stories when they have this statement in place.

This tester clearly is unaware of the syntax of writing use cases... There has to be an actor and user in all cases and writing it at the top is exactly why we do not have to write it in each use case specifically since all the use cases share the same actor and system...
