make -DCLIENT=OFF default behavior #89

you could make -DCLIENT=OFF standard in you CMakeLists.txt :wink:

look in the CMakeLists.txt for thta variable and use the opposite logic.

it's a good first issue for (new) people/programmers who want to contribute. Usually if you wanna just host the server, you can download the prebuilt variant.
