Define a configuration file =.processDictaphone.conf= in the user repository, to contain the default addresses of the folders where to move the audionotes and fetch the music and important files.
As features are added, the list of parameters to give on the command line is also growing: it will be cleaner to have a configuration file. The parameters on the command line should still have priority on the ones in the configuration file.
