Why URLs should be limited to at least 4 symbols? #35

Why does the engine refuse url names such as "tcs.repositorium.cl"? I see no reason to refuse those, especially to those early users?

I just set that without a particular reason.

In line 42 (https://github.com/mquezadav/repositorium/blob/master/app/models/repository.php) the url length can be set to any value.
