Official answer always shown to be "No" in summary array #59

In the summary array of admin_documentos/validados (e.g. http://tcspbs.repositorium.cl/admin_documentos/validados), the official answer always seem to be "No", for validated pairs (document,criteria) where the answer is yes and for those where it is no.
