Plugin documentation doesn't state that the "Force Push" permission is needed for Renovate to auto-delete branches and close their respective PR #25

Description

Renovate errors out if the "Project Collection Build Service" doesn't have the "Force Push" permission when it tries to delete a branch when closing outdated renovations. This should be explained in the plugin's documentation. 😄
