Add Nota #90

Nota is a good fit for the list because it's mainly focused on productivity. The pro features are tailored to productivity masters and developers used to the power of IDEs.

@astoilkov seems that Nota is still in Beta and not yet released? too early to make the list if it is the case. But definitely a good candidate once released

@jyguyomarch Yes. It's in Beta. We are currently inviting people but yes, people will need to request access first. I didn't know that it's a problem that it's Beta — sorry.
