I can add records in the future #8

There is currently no date checking to see if i am allowed to add records after a certain date. This gives rise to being able to add records in the future for patients that have not even been seen yet.

PS: I have added 2 pictures as it seems catcher cannot be used to show screen clippings of a specific part of the screen

Team's Response

While valid, this does not affect the usability of the app as a typical user would not add records in the future. However, we have chosen to respond with NotInScope as this constraint can still be added in the future albeit at a lower priority than current work.
