Hey @jymbob !

Thanks for all your effort in finding out how to use a custom firmware on the chuangmi 720p. I forked the firmware made by Ghoost, renamed mijia to chuangmi and dockerized the build to make it easier to create newer releases. Now I'm looking into how to build and add more tools and binaries.

I'm looking at the code from the dafang hack project a lot while figuring out what binaries are required for a more feature-rich experience on the little chuangmi :)

You can find my cruft over here: https://github.com/fliphess/chuangmi-720p-hack/ (There is a lot to do, but it is a functioning camera)

As you did so much work in making it possible to boot a custom firmware, I'm open to all suggestions :)

If you feel like it: You (and anyone else ofc) are welcome to collaborate or add feature requests (as soon as I'm able to add more required binaries to the build)

Hi @fliphess glad you found it useful! I'll add a couple of suggestions as issues to your repo. Looks like you've got more time/skills available for this project. If you need any testing doing I've got two cameras here.
