Change parse output to CSV #15

Binary file formats are stupid. Who came up with that idea?

This will allow uniform data access for all parsed data, including parsed xlsx and pdf files. It will also scale significantly better to larger files.

Done in da06a281d6e9bacf0b9639010c6ea3efc1eb7a7e, 6f7ef5537cf00ae1949714df91bf8ddbc564e429, and 216f8caeff6f2a4429341ebad29ec8a18d0aaf8c. No more .py files used for intermediary storage.
