Add favicon #7

I like favicons. Willing to take suggestions on what it should look like.

Done in https://github.com/jyn514/GradeForge/commit/97c07085e8611433568832e9f9aa35188536e037; I used Josh Cooper's Math 374 as the icon, to show why we started the project. J.J. Shepard's CSCE 146 was a close second.

Note that since it's a PNG, not an ICO, we'll have to mess with it again once we get a web server up and running.
