Add currency to guild_list to allow players to have currency #68

I guess the currency can be named "Ollie's" or something. You have 1000 Ollie's.

Add basic commands such as: View money Gift money and another basic commands one might need. Honestly, might be ok with just being able to view money.

@AnonRZZGH Hold off on this one for a little bit. I need to add a system to backup save data, so I'll set this one up and then assign the tasks such as viewing/gifting money to you. If you want something to work on in the meantime, I believe #50 is something you could work on.

73 is a relatively simple bug that you could tackle as well
