Feature: Preferences to "System Preferences" section #4

Would it be possible to move the Preferences to the "System Preferences" much like GeekTool, Growl, Perian, and Do Something When (DSW) is? This way, you could include the option to remove the app bar icon and still always have a way to access settings.
