Recent changes (fetch-depth: 0) slow down auto-builds. These should be reverted due to the following reasons:

slow builds
wasting the 2000 monthly computation minutes github gives freely to sanskrit-coders.

Created a new organization and transferred the repo there (should help by getting us more computation minutes).

Fixed fetch-depth and temporarily resolved recursive submodules problem by simplifying workflow
