Support departure warnings while disengaged like arne182/Toyota. This will require identifying the steering-wheel vibration mechanism, including intensity thereof. Might need to populate DLC (Distance to Lane Crossing) and TLC (Time to Lane Crossing) with something to be effective.

Not applicable as stated, but we will need to support DLC/TLC passthru for proper LDW, will open separate bug.
