Reintegrate the VIN_01 basic Component Protection-based VIN detection code from the prior 0.6.1 port, after Comma's refactoring of the VIN query code in 0.6.2.

[ ] Sense VIN_01 during fingerprint and pass it along to VW get_params()
[ ] Create a "megafingerprint" of MQB cars supporting CP, which is theoretically all MQB but not verified
[ ] Code in placeholder mass and PIF constants for known supportable MQBs

An enhancement like this is necessary, but the approach taken will be different. Will reopen this as one or more new issues.
