Hey

Thanks for your pull, great work!

francescolaffi commented 12 years ago

Thank you for the stack! If you are interested it seem it would be possibile to dynamically change the icon, for example different appearance depending on which service are active, like graying out inactives. I didn't feel it was a must have feature ;)

Ok,

I like what you suggest, but will needs to design a new UI? Would you like to develop?

jyr commented 12 years ago

Hey,

The repo of UI is https://github.com/jyr/MNPP-BASE

Hi, sorry for the delay but I was busy with several other projects. I'll try to give some help but I cannot guarantee how often right now. For the dynamic icon it should be possible to implement only changing the properties of a string, so without designing the whole icon ui, but to be effective the program should know when the services are running (so it should know if one crash or if some are already on when it start). I could implement the dynamic icon based only on the user interaction with the start/stop services commands because I have no idea right now hot to monitor the processes, and we can make it 'smarter' later. I didn't get what the new repo is for?
