Restart MNPP function #40

Would it be possible to add 'Restart MNPP' button and bash command? This function just needs to restart already launched services.

Ok, I have some issues MNPP pending, only needs have a bit free time for work this.

I believe that Start/Stop buttons are not really used. Maybe we should simplify MNPP's menu and leave just "Restart MNPP" button? Like bellow: simplify menu

I think so, we have buttons for management services global and individual way, maybe we change stop for restart we can try with

Global start services/restart services

Individual start nginx/restart nginx start percona/restart percona start php/restart php

What's the point to use individual way? it's a localhost, not a server. I think we should start all services when the app starts, and close all services when the app closes. And make possibility to restart it, without closing app.

Moreover all this functions work a bit strange now. It will be the simplest way to fix them ;)
