Delete old maps #102

Is there a way we can delete old maps? After trying to add a TMS to a map - it hung on me and I cannot edit it any longer, should be deleted or something I think http://mapknitter.org/maps/santa-margarita-ranch

for the time being, we don't allow map deletion -- since the site is kind of like a wiki, that'd allow others to delete your map, even by mistake. So this is tied to user account creation -- a feature we haven't added yet, and the subject of another of your issues, and of this older issue: https://github.com/jywarren/mapknitter/issues/27
