They have not yet been written. Isn't a blank page in a wiki simply an invitation to write the content? :-)

I thought that was the case :) I think I have time to work on these pages soon!

worked on updating these docs. I think these sections were overlooked because the info is reundant with other wiki pages, but its nice to have it delineated on the guide page
