repair embedding #131

embed code should be updated so that 1) the header with logo sizes to the width of the embed code 2) the header links (Dashboard | profile | Logout etc) are not clickable 3) the map window is the size of the embed window and does not have scroll bars

Embedding seems to be broken right now. I can't pull up embed code with the "share" button...
