map will export but nothing is produced #133

similar issue with this recent map: http://mapknitter.org/map/view/mouth-of-bayou-st-john-from-lake-terrace map is not very large, only contains 3 images. Largest image not exporting.

Just tried to run these 2 maps through export again and they are still an issue.

Adding this map to this list of will-not-export maps. http://mapknitter.org/map/view/pir%C3%A1mides-denied This one has a JPg source that I created. It is only 3MB but a large 3,000x8,000 image

Is there any possibility that the special characters are making GDAL fail? I know only 2 of 3 have them, but it seems plausible, no?

Hmm; going to merge with publiclab/mapknitter#39 - better logging on exports
