Add deeplink to iD editor on openstreetmap.us #141

Similar to the link on exported maps with appropriate licenses to "Use your map to contribute to OpenStreetMap", we need a link to "Use your map to contribute to OpenStreetMap in iD editor" and should update the old one to refer to Potlatch2.

OK, i think that does it; committing now. Liz - next time try looking for the code -- you're totally up to this sort of coding, all I did was put in the URL in a link in /app/views/map/view.html.erb
