when create map w gps coord, retains default Paris location, gives geocoding error when try to edit #153

For http://mapknitter.org/map/view/calgary-tower

Mapknitter allowed creation of map with gps coordinates, but: 1) used default Paris France location (I realize I should have changed it after the fact), 2) indicated geocoding error when tried to change to Calgary, AB, Canada, or use the gps location (which it recognized down to street address) Hope all had happy Thanksgiving, Pat
