add two or more usernames to a map when starting it, for credit/attribution as well as access/edit privileges.

Unless this is for passworded maps, I believe that for the time being we'd prefer if people used the map description field for this kind of attribution. But more ownership granularity is a good discussion to have once the new MapKnitter overhaul is complete.
