discrepancy between map and base layer on largest scale maps #171

view this map while zooming all the way in and back out to see the issue: http://mapknitter.org/map/view/office-party I am not sure at which exact z level the blip occurs (this map goes to 24). Ideally the interface would either rescale the base layer along with the overlay as you zoom in, or disallow zoom beyond what is available

I believe this map may have been made at the wrong zoom level; the old (current) interface was incorrectly showing scale at high zooms. I believe the new Leaflet interface will fix this.
