add optional "email" field in new maps #28

if exists, send email to user on map creation with useful links - link to map, link to edit, link to help/troubleshooting, register for web site

Can also mean we only show maps with at least 1 image on front page - - but not until the helpful email feature is done, since people may "lose" their maps
