add a second kind of more limited exports which cover only a region the user selects #9

with a rectangle they draw. Then for super big maps we could still get several geotiffs out of it without having to make separate maps.

Compare sizes of current warpables in the "Export" panel, and advise selecting just a few warpables (checkboxes?) to export if they are too disparate.
