mapmill.org/sites is broken #7

I'm not able to tag this issue (not sure why I just posted an issue with tags for the POTS site) but http://mapmill.org/sites is broken, and I may have cause it yesterday when I was adding new sites. I accidentally ran "import" from http://mapmill.org/admin while a .rar file was in the directory. I have since deleted it but I am afraid I somehow borked http://mapmill.org/sites the sites themselves are all accessible but the http://mapmill.org/sites directory is broken. Sorry!

i believe i fixed it, also made sure the bug doesn't happen again, although it will still act strange if you leave any non-JPG images in the site folder
