collaborative research notes #105

Was commented that people want the ability to write collaborative research notes (maybe not quite just a general edit function?)

But can you really open source something on someone else's behalf? It could be like a "call out" attribution kind of thing rather than an authorship thing. But if you post something and attribute, did the person you attributed to open source their own contribution? I mean, if they did not post their own note?
