Access denied to getting started page? #178

Hi when logged in I'm being denied access to the getting started page?

This is due to auto-moderation, when someone tries to change or deface that page and it's locked down. We haven't figured out a good solution to this problem; the best would be a way to lock editing to that page.

I mean moderators/admins can unlock the page manually, but we don't have a good way figured out to stop it from happening in the first place. Locking would solve that problem.

How about we created a "vetted" role and then limit edit access to users with vetted role when pages that are being vandalized/spammed. The access denied message could then say "Only vetted users are allowed to edit this page. Contact so and so if you would like to become a vetted user."
